Sleepless in the city

slept at 10pm, woke at 4am.

Won a 36-man $7 satellite for a $216 ticket to a Sunday Major tournament as well.

Hmm when shall i play that? Final tabling it will be a dream come true.

I'm very happy with the performance of most of my positions so far.

Not bad for a newbie started out in Nov 08.


Man Wah and Sinotech are my multibagger bets but so far Sinotech has proven to be a profitable trading counter.

I'm just waiting for Enporiz to deshell and return me my $700.


As for poker,

After doing some math, I conclude I might actually be losing within the range of 1-2k USD online after a tumultuous journey from $6.50 SnGs to NL cash games, to a horrendous stretch at Limit cash games, and finally, 0.50/1 to 2/4 PLO and even a stab at 5/10.

I'm embarking on a strict PLO plan which i know will be a success if i do not waver.

1) Deposit $100.
2) play 1/2 PLO
3) Double up or better, move up to 2/4
4) win as much as possible, then stop for the day.
5)Stop if $100 is lost
6)Repeat (1) the next day

I've been having too much 1k+ swings the past december 08. Can't stand the emotional seesaws.

I know i can win 1k SGD a day multiple times a month. Just need to cut the losses.

Perhaps a visit to 5/10 again someday.
